Aude: a woman who asserts herself and takes care of herself
From a very young age, Aude had to fight a battle: to prove her professional worth in a societal context where the status of women is
intrinsically linked to the image. She remembers:
"It is important, as a woman, to assert yourself in your work and to defend your personal projects."
She recounts the sacrifices: losing a job for announcing the arrival of her third child, having to fight even harder, getting more qualifications, and finally finding a job that values her.

She advocates for balance: preserving what recharges you, what makes you feel good—nature, dance, cinema, cultural activities.
