How to create my account ?
Click on "My account" at the top right of the home page of our e-shop then click on "Register here" under "Login".
Fill in all the information necessary to create your account. If despite this information, you encounter difficulties, we invite you to contact us by e-mail: email@example.com or by telephone: 04 77 44 21 27
I can't access my account
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking "Forgot password" and entering your email address to have a reset email sent to you. Do not hesitate to check your spam. If you no longer know which email address you used, do not hesitate to write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
How do I create my wishlist?
Favorite pieces? You can create your Wishlist* by clicking on the little heart on each product sheet.
You can then find it in your Wishlist space at the top right of the home page. Note that these articles are not reserved for you.

How do I manage my newsletter subscription?
To subscribe to our newsletter, simply enter your e-mail address in the box "All our new products in preview" at the bottom of the home page. You will thus be notified of our news, our new products and promotional offers as a priority. To unsubscribe, we invite you to click on the link available at the end of the newsletter.
Confirmation of my order
Once your order has been validated, you will receive a confirmation e-mail including the summary of your order and your invoice. Do not hesitate to check your spam. You can also find your order history in the "My Account" > "Order History" section.
Modification or cancellation of my order
Once your order has been confirmed, it is not possible to add or remove items or change one model to another.
If your order has not yet been taken into account by our logistician and you wish to change the size/color of an item or your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com indicating the reference. of your order and the changes to be made.
If unfortunately the modification is not possible, you will have to return the item, so you can proceed to an exchange, benefit from a credit note or request a refund in order to place a new order.
Where is my order ?
How do I reserve an item in store?
You can check the availability of our items in store directly on each product sheet. To reserve an item in store, click on the "Reserve in store" button, fill in the requested information and validate.

Delivery and order tracking
Deliveries extend to France, Luxembourg, Spain, Monaco, Belgium, Germany, Portugal, Italy and the Netherlands.
Delivery times and costs
Delivery is free for all orders, with no minimum purchase.
The delivery time is fixed between 2 and 7 working days from the day following the payment of the order. These times also vary by destination and do not include holidays and weekends.
Any order placed on the site from Monday to Thursday before 2 p.m. will be processed the same day; after 2 p.m., it will be processed the following day. Any order placed on Friday after 10 a.m., on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday; it being specified that orders placed on a public holiday will be processed the following working day.
In case of exceeding the delivery time, not justified by a case of force majeure, we undertake to contact you quickly in order to agree on an arrangement together. You can then request the cancellation of the order and obtain, within a maximum period of 30 days, the refund of it.
Delivery in store Devernois
You have the option of having your items delivered free of charge to one of our stores, the perfect place to receive your orders, try on your pieces and make your return.
When choosing your delivery method, you will have the option to select the store of your choice.
My package has been returned to sender
If your parcel is returned to our Workshop, we will suggest that, after checking your details, we send you the order again.
Authorized means of payment
You can pay for your order by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), by Paypal or in 3x free of charge with Alma.
We suggest that you save your payment information when placing your order. This will make it easier for you to place your future orders.
Your banking information is never in our possession. Transactions are entirely processed by our partner's secure payment module. Your payment is therefore completely secure.
If your payment could not be completed, do not hesitate to place your order again with another means of payment.
If despite this, you are unable to pay for your order, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service on 04 77 44 21 27 . We will be happy to help you.
Payment in installments
You have the possibility to pay for an order in 3x free of charge thanks to our service provider Alma (from 200€ of purchase).
To use this service, you must choose payment in 3x when placing your order. The amounts as well as the collection dates for each installment will then be indicated. Upon receipt of the order, if you want a refund, you just have to make a return in the classic way. The installment amounts already paid will then be refunded to you and future installments will be automatically cancelled.

Returns & Refunds
Any item returned incomplete (product label, fasteners, buttons), damaged, washed or stained will not be taken back. Thus the refund cannot be made.
Make a return
You have a period of 30 days after receipt of your order to return your parts to us if they do not suit you.
You can then ask:
- An exchange | Free return
- A credit | Free return
- A refund | Participation in the cost of return of 5€ (free in store)
You can download and print your return label from your "My Account" > "Order History" area. Then simply affix it to the packaging of your return and drop it off at the post office.
If you wish to return your items to a DEVERNOIS store, go to one of our points of sale with the item(s) concerned, your return form and your invoice. The latter will be kept by the shop, the stamped return slip will be given to you as proof of deposit. It is also possible to request a refund in store.
If you encounter problems in editing your return label or for any orders placed outside France, we invite you to contact our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone at 04 77 44 21 27 , we we will find a solution.
In the event of an order benefiting from an exceptional discount valid from a certain number of pieces, we reserve the right to cancel this discount if the number of pieces kept does not allow it to benefit from it. For example, if you benefit from a 10% discount from two items purchased but you send us back one of the parts, the discount no longer applies to the part kept and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
Request an exchange
You will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been made. This is generally processed the same day the package is received by our workshop. This period may be extended during busy periods.
Note that the refund of an order paid for with a credit will be automatically refunded.
My item has a defect
Providing you with quality parts is our priority. If, despite all our quality controls, your part should present a small defect, we invite you to contact our Customer Service at email@example.com or by telephone at 04 77 44 21 27 .
Do not forget to attach photos of your defective part to your message! This will help us provide you with the best possible solution.
The search for our materials is guided by a single interest: to offer you pieces of irreproachable quality. All our yarns come from the largest Italian spinning mills, the vast majority of our fabrics are European: Italian, Portuguese and of course French.
At each stage of production, we take your interest into account to find the best balance and build high quality collections at the fairest price.
Each piece is imagined in our Roannais workshops. Our entire style team puts all its heart into creating unique pieces with perfect cuts and in the search for the most beautiful materials. Our pattern makers, stylists, knitters and research and development teams are all based in the historic Maison Devernois workshop in Roanne.
30 tonnes of knitwear products are knitted in our Roannais workshops. The rest is knitted in Europe (in Portugal or Italy).
20,000m of our fabrics are made near our workshops in Loire, Roanne and Rhône. The others are European (mainly Italy and Germany).
On each product sheet, we share with you our size recommendations. We try each of our pieces on our premises in order to best advise you in your choice of size.
All our products are designed and created to ensure their longevity. The quality of the finishes and the nobility of the selected materials allow them to last over time. We offer timeless collections, clothes that cross fashions and seasons without ever taking a wrinkle!
