Delivery in metropolitan France
- Delivery to a Devernois store (2 to 7 working days) | offered
- Delivery to Point Relais (Colissimo - 2 to 7 working days) | offered
- Home delivery (Colissimo - 2 to 7 working days) | offered
Any order placed from Monday to Thursday before 2 p.m. will be processed the same day; after 2 p.m., it will be processed the following day. Any order placed on Friday after 10 a.m., on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday; it being specified that orders placed on a public holiday will be processed the following working day.
In case of exceeding the delivery time, not justified by a case of force majeure, we undertake to contact you quickly in order to agree on an arrangement together. You can then request the cancellation of the order and obtain a refund within a maximum period of 30 days.
Delivery outside France
Delivery extends to Luxembourg, Belgium, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands (Colissimo - 2 to 7 working days) | offered
Outside mainland France, customs or import taxes may apply upon receipt of your order. This information will be indicated in the stages of finalizing your order.
You have a period of 30 days after receipt of your order to return your parts to us if they do not suit you.
You can then ask:

- A credit | Free return
- A refund | Free return
Any item returned incomplete (product label, fasteners, buttons), damaged, washed or stained will not be taken back. Thus the refund cannot be made.
Do you have a customer account?
You can download and print your return label from your "My account / my orders" area. Then simply affix it to the packaging of your return and drop it off at the post office.

Back to the Devernois store
If you wish to return your items to a DEVERNOIS store, go to one of our points of sale with the item(s) concerned, your return form and your invoice. The latter will be kept by the shop, the stamped return slip will be given to you as proof of deposit. It is also possible to request a refund in store.
If you encounter problems when editing your return label, we invite you to contact our Customer Service at email@example.com or by phone at 04 77 44 21 27 , we will find a solution.
In the event of an order benefiting from an exceptional discount valid from a certain number of pieces, we reserve the right to cancel this discount if the number of pieces kept does not allow it to benefit from it. For example, if you benefit from a 10% discount from two items purchased but you send us back one of the parts, the discount no longer applies to the part kept and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
