This spring, Maison Devernois is partnering with the French Red Cross.
Some commitments are just natural fits.
Founded in 1864, the French Red Cross is one of the most dedicated humanitarian organizations in the world. In France, it intervenes daily with the most vulnerable people (those in precarious situations, excluded, or in distress) through clothing, food, and social solidarity actions.
By joining this commitment, Maison Devernois affirms its conviction that quality clothing always deserves a second chance, and that, beyond its material, it can carry something essential: a human gesture.

THE PARTNERSHIP
Let's weave solidarity x Devernois
Tissons la Solidarité is a social and professional integration network founded in 2004, specializing in the recycling and recovery of textiles. The association brings together 70 organizations whose main mission is to combat unemployment and precariousness, particularly among women, to facilitate the return to sustainable employment and to achieve a return to employment rate of more than 70%.
The association is developing several areas of intervention:
- Textile management : collection, sorting, washing, ironing, sale and alteration of second-hand clothing
- Professional integration : employment of 1,900 employees in integration per year, 83% of whom are women
- Training : offers qualifying training in textile sales, alterations and upcycling
The Association's goal is therefore multiple: to raise awareness among consumers about more responsible fashion and the circular economy, but above all to encourage the return to employment of around 2,000 employees per year (83% of whom are women), whatever their professional background, by training them in textile professions.

How does it work?
Do you have Devernois pieces that you no longer wear? Don't throw them away, and instead bring them to your favorite Devernois boutique!
All the collected pieces will be given to the Tissons la Solidarité Association, which will be responsible for upcycling them, in order to resell them at a reduced price in the 125 solidarity points of sale in its network. Your old Devernois clothing will therefore be cleaned, mended, mended, transformed, customized to make a brand new garment!
Which parts are affected?
The items you drop off at the store must comply with certain rules:
- You can bring items from any brand
- The item must be in good condition, without stains, signs of wear or tears, discoloration, or fading
- The composition and size labels must be present on the item
Accessories (leather goods, shoes, stoles and scarves), and furs will not be accepted.
How can I participate in the operation?
Simply visit one of our stores with your garment(s) to donate, and our advisors will be happy to collect them to pass on to the charity.
What is the amount of the gift voucher generated following my donation?
1 clothing deposit corresponds to a Devernois gift voucher of €20.
The gift voucher is valid for 1 month in the Devernois store of your choice (excluding e-shop and factory outlet) from 100€ of purchase (excluding accessories). It is not refundable in cash, neither totally nor partially, even in the event of loss, theft or exceeding the validity period. It cannot be combined with other vouchers on the purchase of the same item, and cannot be combined with current offers.
