How do I choose my size?
To select the correct size, we recommend using our "Find my perfect size" tool, directly on our product pages. With this tool, you can enter your measurements and find out which size best suits you.

What are the delivery options?
We offer several delivery options to meet your needs and provide you with the flexibility to choose the one that suits you best.
1. Home Delivery
- Free delivery for all orders over €200.
- Delivery fees for orders under €200: a charge of €7.9 will apply to your order. This cost allows us to continue offering you a quality, fast, and reliable service.
2. In-Store Delivery
- Free for all orders, regardless of your basket amount.
- You can collect your order at one of our partner stores at a time that suits you, at no additional cost.
3. Pick-up Point Delivery
- Free for all orders, regardless of your basket amount.
- You have access to all Colissimo network pick-up points, allowing you to easily collect your purchases free of charge.
The delivery time is set between 2 and 7 business days from the day following payment of the order. These times also vary depending on the destination and do not include public holidays or weekends.
Any order registered on the Site from Monday to Thursday before 2 PM will be processed the same day; after 2 PM, it will be processed the next day. Any order placed on Friday after 10 AM, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed the following Monday; it being specified that orders placed on a public holiday will be processed the next business day.
In the event of a delivery delay, not justified by a force majeure event, we commit to contacting you promptly to arrange a solution together. You may then request the cancellation of the order and obtain a refund within a maximum of 30 days.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days after receiving your order to return items if they do not suit you.
You can then request:
- An exchange | Free return
- A credit note | Free return
- A refund | Contribution to return costs of €5 (free in store)
You can download and print your return label from your "My account" > "Order history" area. Then simply attach it to your return package and drop it off at the post office.
If you wish to return your items to a DEVERNOIS store, please present yourself at one of our points of sale with the item(s) concerned, your return slip, and your invoice. The latter will be kept by the store, and the stamped return slip will be given to you as proof of deposit. It is also possible to request a refund in store.
If you encounter problems generating your return label or for any orders placed outside of France, please contact our Customer Service at serviceclient@devernois.fr, by phone at 04 77 44 21 27, or via WhatsApp, and we will find a solution.
In the event of an order benefiting from an exceptional discount valid from a certain number of items, we reserve the right to remove this discount if the number of items kept does not allow you to benefit from it. For example, if you benefit from a 10% discount on the purchase of two items but you return one of the items, the discount no longer applies to the item kept and, consequently, the refund will be adjusted.
